Saffron pure stigmas jelly certified AB FR-BIO-10
To be enjoyed with cheese, pheasant or to deglaze white meat or game.
Also goes well with a strawberry salad.
Saffron is a rare spice whose production is entirely manual, it takes between 150 and 200 flowers to obtain 1g of dry saffron.
Our saffron is raised in the open ground in the heights of the village of Pomas in the Aude (South of France). Dried at heart and charged with the character of Autan terroir our saffron is rich and its aromas powerful.
